FARMINGTON, Mo. — A 6-year-old boy was found safe near Collinsville, Illinois, after his father took him from a Farmington, Missouri, hospital Monday.
According to a Facebook post from the Farmington Police Department, at about 10 a.m. Tuesday, agents with the FBI found the boy with his parents and a grandparent. He was taken back to a hospital for treatment.
Farmington police initially issued an Endangered Person Advisory after he was taken from the hospital.
