ST. LOUIS — Voters in several area municipalities are deciding on marijuana ballot propositions on Tuesday during Missouri municipal elections.

The propositions consider whether to impose a local sales tax on marijuana sold within the municipality.

Desloge

Shall the City of Desloge, Missouri, impose a sales tax of three percent (3%) on retail sales of adult use marijuana sold in the City of Desloge, Missouri?

   

Dent County

Shall Dent County, Missouri impose a countywide sales tax of three percent (3%) on all tangible personal property retail sales of adult use marijuana sold in Dent County, Missouri?

   

Breckenridge Hills

Shall the City of Breckenridge Hills be authorized to impose an additional sales tax for the limited purpose of public safety in an amount not to exceed three percent on all tangible personal property retail sales of adult use marijuana sold in the City?

Cool Valley

Shall the City of Cool Valley be authorized to impose an additional sales tax in an amount not to exceed three percent on all tangible personal property retail sales of adult use marijuana sold in the city?

Fenton

Shall the City of Fenton, Missouri, impose an additional sales tax at a rate of three percent (3.0%) on all retail sales of adult use marijuana sold within the City?

Marthasville

Shall the City of Marthasville, Missouri, impose a sales tax of 3% on all retail sales of adult use marijuana sold in the City of Marthasville, Missouri?

Pagedale

Shall the City of Pagedale be authorized to impose an additional sales tax for the limited purpose of public safety in an amount not to exceed three percent on all tangible personal property retail sales of adult use marijuana sold in the City?

Velda City

Shall the City of Velda City be authorized to impose an additional sales tax in an amount not to exceed three percent on all tangible personal property retail sales of adult use marijuana sold in the city?

Winchester

Shall the City of Winchester be authorized to impose a local sales tax upon the sale of adult use marijuana in an amount not to exceed three percent provided that, if the rate is reduced or raised by voter approval, the local sales tax shall be reduced or raised by the same amount.
