ST. LOUIS — Gerard Craft’s Niche Food Group on March 1 for a limited time will open Brass Burger at Urban Chestnut Brewing Co.

Located at 3229 Washington Ave. in the city’s Covenant Blu-Grand Center neighborhood, the four-month spring residency will run through June, officials said.

The new concept — named for the group’s popular burger which was first served at Brasserie by Niche in the Central West End — will serve the Brass Burger itself, in addition to an expanded menu featuring a fried chicken sandwich, salads, chili, shoestring fires, soft pretzels and a rotating seasonal soft serve.

“We’ve had a longstanding relationship with the Urban Chestnut team, and we’ve always talked about finding the right way to work together,” Craft said in a statement. “They serve some of the best beer in town, and the patio is incredible, so we’re happy to have found a new home for Brass Burger here.”
