FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo. — A man was arrested after shooting at another driver Thursday morning near Sullivan, Missouri, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
According to MSHP, the incident happened shortly before 10:30 a.m. on eastbound Interstate 44 near Sullivan.
The driver of a Volvo truck shot the driver of a tractor-trailer in the leg, an MSHP spokesperson said. It was unknown as of Tuesday afternoon what led up to the incident.
MSHP said the suspect was detained and is in custody. The victim is being treated for the injury.
No other information was released regarding the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
