ST. LOUIS — Your Weather First Fact for July 20 is one that tells the story of just how dry it has been. We have not seen a month of average/above average rainfall since the month of March. 

While on the surface, that seems like a long time, but maybe not something we need to pay attention to much. But you have to remember how April-July is the wettest period of our entire calendar year.
