ST. LOUIS — An investigation is underway after a man was shot in north St. Louis Monday afternoon.
Officers from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Marcus Avenue around 1:40 p.m. This is in the Lewis Place neighborhood.
A man was found with gunshot wounds to his torso and leg. Police said he was conscious and breathing when they arrived.
No other details have been made available.
