Missing 19-year-old with autism found safe

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Police canceled an endangered missing person advisory for a 19-year-old after he returned home safe.

The St. Louis County Police Department put out the advisory at Monday morning after a nonverbal 19-year-old man with autism walked away from his home early Monday morning. 

He returned home safely later in the morning.
