Salvation Army opening warming centers in the bi-state

The Salvation Army is opening warming centers around the area to keep people safe as the temperatures drop

ST. LOUIS — With an excessive cold advisory issued for portions of Missouri and Illinois, the Salvation Army has activated warming centers throughout the bi-state.
