ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Two men were shot and killed in Jennings Monday night.
The shooting happened in the 2100 block of McLaran Avenue around 7 p.m. When officers arrived, they found two men suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
One of the them was pronounced deceased on scene. The other was taken to an area hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later.
One of the victims was identified as Trevion Berry. He was 24 years old and from Jennings. The second victim hasn't been positively identified, police said Tuesday afternoon.
The men were in separate vehicles when they were fatally shot, police said, adding that it's not known whether they were the intended targets.
The investigation is being led by the St. Louis County Police Department’s Bureau of Crimes Against Persons and it remains very active at this time.
