Man shot in suspected road rage incident in Overland

A victim was shot while driving and went to the Signature Club on Overland Plaza for help, police said.

OVERLAND, Mo. — A man was shot while driving Saturday afternoon in what police are investigating as a road rage incident.

Overland Police Chief Andy Mackey said the shooting happened at around 5 p.m. near the area of Page Avenue and Interstate 170.

The man drove to the Signature Club on Overland Plaza to call for help, police said. He was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and is cooperating with police.

The Overland Police Department is following several leads.
